On its shoulders, among others, the coat of arms of Lodz and the POW badge. In the center the regiment number 28, surrounded by a wreath. In the fields between the arms two crossed swords. The badge is made of silver, and measures 42 x 42 mm. On the reverse side the silver sample and the WG namesake. Silver plated brass cap, signed W.GONTARCZYK WARSZAWA MIODOWA 19. Diameter 27 mm.
