In the center superimposed shield in the form of a rhombus with a mound of Kosciuszko. The badge is made of tombac enameled, gilded. Dimensions of the badge 40 x 31,4 mm. Gilded cap, signed J.WALENTA KRAKÓW. Diameter 17,5 mm. Condition of preservation very good.
