1) The prices published for each individual lot represent the starting price of that lot.
2) Allocation of lots - each lot shall be awarded to the highest bidder. In
case of multiple bidders with the same bid, the lot shall be awarded to the
first chronologically registered bid.
3) Auction fees - auction fees are determined at the rate of 20% vat included,
for dealers with regular vat registration, the fees are 17% vat included, to be
added to the lot allocation price.
4) Photo reproduction - the published material is reproduced photographically
in high definition. The item you purchase is exactly as represented in each
image associated with the specific lot. No claims will be accepted for
characteristics or defects of the item shown in the catalog or shown in photos.
5) Grading judgment - grading judgments, when present, are always subjective
and therefore no claims will be accepted based on a different grading judgment
possibly expressed in the auction catalog.
6) Guarantee of authenticity and legal provenance - it is guaranteed that the
material offered for sale is authentic (unless expressly stated otherwise, as,
for example, in the case of vintage fakes) and of lawful provenance within the
meaning of current legal regulations.
7) Disputes - claims will be accepted only in relation to the authenticity of
the object.
Any disputes about the authenticity of the item sold will be considered only if accompanied by certification from an expert officially registered as a numismatic expert. In case of dispute, the material must be sent to our italian branch in borgo pieve 19 in Castelfranco Veneto TV (undamaged, including the boxes and/or wrappings - without breaking the seals when present) by and under the responsibility of the author of the dispute. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Treviso.
8) Shipments - you may see the different prices for the shipment costs on the Onebid platform, while you are making your offer, under the name of "cost of delivery".
a) Registered mail is used to prove shipment. It has legal value and you can
track the package's journey on the website:
https://parcelsapp.com/en/carriers/croatia-post . It is delivered only to the
addressee or the addressee's designee, and if there is no one to receive it, it
must be picked up at the post office indicated in the notice of delivery.
All risks are borne by the buyer which begins at the moment the products leave Istra Numizmatika d.o.o. In the case of damage in transit, the claim must be addressed to the carrier. In case of loss a complaint will be sent to the post office and you will receive a refund of the shipping costs upon completion of postal investigation.
B) Insured mail is used to send, with the guarantee of insurance, valuable things, important documents, money, securities or valuables. Insurance is optional; it is chosen by the client and must be paid for in addition.
9) Invoices must be paid within 10 days from the date of issue, otherwise Istra
Numizmatika d.o.o reserves the right to cancel the sale.
