A matcha chawan tea bowl, in a brown color with a greenish glow on the glaze, with a matte surface, textured with the potter's fingertips. Made of Zeze-yaki pottery, originating from Ōtsu in the former Ōmi province. The vessel is shaped like a hatazori-gata type, with a tokin kodai type foot. Comes with a signed paulownia wood box.
