Studied painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow in the studio of L. Wyczółkowski, T. Axentowicz and W. Weiss between 1913 and 1918/19, graduating with a full degree in 1921. In addition to artistic work (easel painting), he is engaged in pedagogical work in secondary, general, vocational education. In 1947/8, he undertakes lectures in the field of art history - costume design and artistic textiles, first at the Higher School of Fine Arts, at the W. School of Acting in Krakow, and from 1949/50 at the Academy of Fine Arts at the Faculty of Artistic Textiles, at the study of conservation, the study of scenography and at the pedagogical study (painting department). Artist very active professionally, participation in many national and local exhibitions organized by TPSP, Zachêta before and after World War II, BWA, ZPAP. Parallel to easel painting, he does monumental painting by making a number of figural polychrome paintings. Works in museum and private collections, at home and abroad. Repeatedly awarded and marked, including for spreading artistic culture and outstanding teaching work.
