Biography
Received a diploma from the Faculty of Graphic Arts in Katowice in 1969. In 1984, his works were exhibited at the Venice Art Biennale. In his work he often used pastiche, grotesque, caricature of human figures. He created genre scenes, based on the tradition of painterly surrealism and expressionism. His paintings are in the collections of leading National Museums (Krakow, Warsaw, Gdansk, Poznan) and also in the Art Museum in Lodz.
