Acrylic, canvas, 130x90 cm, 2013
Artwork description:
The painting depicts a female figure in a defiant pose. Expressively painted. The color scheme is black and white with a touch of red.
Artist's description:
Robert Kasprzyk draws on the human figure, mainly women, psychology, nature and fashion for his inspiration. Often male infatuation is the impetus for the beginning of the painting. The artist expressively combines abstract stain with lines, and often uses evocative color in contrasting combinations. Black is used as a unifying element in the work, which gives a simplified graphic expression.
