Inkwell with an ink container in the form of a circular glass flask, with a flattened base decorated with puklami and a canneling passing to a similarly decorated neck, set in silver with a hinged lid topped with a flat pinnacle. The container sits on a circular silver base framed by a rim in the form of a half-shaft with the engraved date 1890 - 21. Marz - 1915, with two "gutters for depositing feathers" attached.
