Italy's oldest writing instrument company, founded by Heinrich Helm in 1912, originally known as: "ELMO" - "Manifattura pennici d'oro e penne stilografiche".
To celebrate one of the most important chapters in the history of Europe - the adoption of the common European currency EURO in 2002 - the company has released a unique pen edition for writing instrument collectors' connoisseurs; the setting is made of blue acrylic resin with an openwork mesh design in silver, with an outline of Europe and the currency symbol: €. In the middle on the rings of the binding - inscriptions: "Montegrappa / MADE IN ITALY"; moreover, the pr. of silver in the oval: "925" and in a rectangle: "1140 Mi". On the nib: "E 2002 / Montegrappa / 750", on the tip: "0428 /1500/FP".
Collection in a limited edition of 1500 pieces. Each model with engraved number of the total edition and individual serial number.
