It is not cold-filtered and is matured in Polish oak barrels. It was produced in one batch, at one distillery, and the main raw material used in production is a traditional variety of Polish wheat. This whisky has a golden color which immediately suggests its young age. The combinations of taste notes and aroma are very peculiar. On the tongue one can sense intense because smoky, oily, salty perhaps and even mildly fishy flavors. In terms of smell it is very similar, a note of marinated salmon is perceptible, as well as an earthy almost astringent scent. The whole experience ends quickly, with a lightly perceptible blend of all the flavors in it.
