Biography
As beautiful as a bouquet of flowers and as juicy as a basket of ripe fruit, Tignanello from the hot 2015 rosé is open, expressive, even generous in how readily it shows its character. It smells and tastes like firmly ripe cherries, plums and cherries, with no shortage of class-adding notes of herbs and spices. The whole is enveloped by barrel smoke, with vanilla sweetness poking through in places. Beautiful today, and while it has an interesting maturation ahead of it, it certainly won't want you to wait for it.
