The Pasquero Elia-Paitin estate was founded as early as the 18th century. To this day, however, it still retains its family character and continues to enjoy the reputation of its wines from the Barbaresco commune. The estate is located in Neive and has a strong commitment to the traditions of the region.
Pasquero's wines are very classic in flavor, but focused on the expression of individual sites. Winemaking is traditional, with long maceration and maturation in Slavonian botti. Elegance and longevity are targeted here.
