Grappa Tenuta Degli Dei 0.5L 43%; This amazing Grappa immediately after distillation continued to remain in steel tanks for up to 6 months, and then continued to mature in barrels previously used for aging Cavalli Tenuta Degli Dei. Today it is characterized by particular notes of hazelnut, pepper and elderberry combined with hints of vanilla and tobacco. The mouthfeel follows with a punch full of energy (43% ABV.) well supported by aromatic amplitude. The finish is persistent, long and pleasant, leaving floral, roasted and honeyed notes. This is the first of its kind in the Grappa series and was bottled at only 1,500 bottles, concealed in a minimalist wooden box. Grape varietals: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot.
