Domaine Robert Chevillon is currently run by his sons, Bertrand and Denis. They continue the work of their father, who has really made a name for the estate. They cultivate several 1er Cru parcels in Nuits-St-Georges (among other places), which they run according to the lutte raisonnée concept. All the fruit is de-stemmed, undergoes a cool maceration, ferments in concrete vats, and then goes into barrels for a dozen months. Each one of them resonates slightly differently.
