Biography
A dozen years ago, Chateau Haut-Brion began its march toward a series of perfect, 100-point wines, and this wine is one of the first to be made during that period. An elegant wine from a difficult and challenging vintage. Concentrated and complex, it shows an impressive bouquet based on black currants, plums and cherries. The aromatic profile is complemented by mineral and earthy accents, creating a truly rich and complex whole. Nicely developed already, it has great potential for further maturation.
