A beautiful wine from an excellent vintage.

This wine is full of evolved notes: tobacco, leather and earth. It also charms with its fruit: blackcurrant, cherries, lingonberry. The structure: tannins are well incorporated, gentle yet still powerful. Due to these tannins and a great acidic backbone this wine has a great chance to survive at least the next decade in the cellar.

The history of this particular series of wine offered at this auction is worth mentioning. In 2011, the bottles were returned to the chateau, where each bottle was opened and checked for potential faults. The bottles that passed the test were then recorked and once again sold on the market. As such, we have a guarantee, that every bottle is in perfect condition.
