Billaud-Simon, Chablis 1er Cru Montee de Tonnerre 0.75L 13%, 2016 vintage 2 bottles; The Chablis wine region stretches along the Serein Valley over 19 communes. Known as the "Golden Gate of Burgundy," Chablis is dedicated to producing clean, aromatic, fresh white wine, whose name is synonymous with "minerality." Chablis 1er Cru Montée de Tonnerre is a wine from a 30-hectare vineyard located southeast of Grand Crus and enjoying the same south/southeast exposure as Les Clos. The wine is aged for about 14 months, including, if necessary, some time in French oak barrels. The wine is clarified twice before bottling in late autumn. Estimated price: PLN 650-750
