Alion, a prestigious Vega Sicilia project, takes a modern approach to the Tempranillo varietal made in the heart of the Ribera del Duero region. In contrast to the winery's more traditional styles, Alion is a wine focused on freshness and expression of fruit. Less winemaking techniques, more nature and terroir. It has very quickly gained recognition from connoisseurs around the world.

2019 brought near-perfect conditions in Ribera del Duero, with moderate temperatures conducive to even ripening. The result is a wine of extraordinary depth, with intense notes of blackberry, cedar and spice. The tannin structure and balanced acidity promise a fascinating maturation process for this outstanding vintage.
