Pursuant to Article 1, paragraph 1, Article 3, and Article 11, paragraph 1 of the Decree of December 21, 1945, on Authorizing the Minister of the Treasury to Release the Premium Loan for National Reconstruction 1946 (Journal of Laws of the R. P. of 1946, No. 2, item 11), I order as follows:

§ 1.

Effective April 15, 1946, a Bonus Loan for National Reconstruction 1946 shall be issued in bearer bonds of 2,000 zlotys each, consisting of four parts of 500 zlotys each.

The loan will be divided into issues, and the issues into series of 50 bonds in each series.

The amount of the loan and its redemption plan, as well as the number of issues and the amounts of each issue will be determined by a separate decree.

§ 2.

The loan will be redeemed by April 15, 1969 in 46 semiannual installments according to the established plan (§ 1, paragraph 3) by drawing bonds.

§ 3.

The drawing of bonds will be held twice a year - on April 15 and on October 15.
