4% Premium Investment Loan 1928
A rare bond of the Second Republic.
The issue was intended to raise funds for the construction of new railroads, the cost of rebuilding and reconstructing existing lines, and to redeem the bonds of the 8% State Gold Loan of 1922 and the 8% Conversion Loan of 1925.
Bonds of this loan were still exchanged for bonds of the 4% Consolidation Loan of 1936 during the Second Republic. - Hence, a large number of these bonds were converted in the era and their current rarity stems from this.
