Piotr KIERUJ (b. 1987)
Studied at the Faculty of Painting at the Institute of Painting of the Jan Długosz Academy in Częstochowa and at the Faculty of Painting of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. Diploma with distinction from Prof. Jan Pręgowski in painting obtained in 2011. For many years he has been engaged in painting the human being, who is a mystery and is constantly changing - physically and mentally. He is interested in the human fetus in painting, which is constantly growing with the force of unknown nature. The form of the embryo is extremely inspiring to the artist. He is also a creator of animated films in various techniques: cutout, painting under the camera and drawing.
