Sculptor. Studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow under K. Laszczka, continued his studies in Paris under Colarossi, among others. Associated with Warsaw, he actively participated in the artistic life of the interwar capital. The artist's early works are characterized by Young Poland symbolism, his mature work succumbed to classical influences. Both his numerous monumental works and portrait sculptures, the artist worked extremely carefully, taking care of precise modeling and smooth surfaces. Most of his works were destroyed during World War II.
