Na czterech nóżkach i owalnej podstawie obwiedzionej pasem godronów, uskokowo wywyższonej, dekorowanej dwoma pełnoplastycznymi figurkami słoni z uniesionymi trąbami; trzon świecznika wykonany z kła dzika? osadzonego w tulejce srebrnej mocowanej do podstawy , u góry okutego w srebro i zwieńczony tulejką na świece z profitką. Świecznik wykonano wtórnie, wykorzystując trofeum myśliwskie i zamontowano do istniejącej już podstawy.
