Magdalena Cywicka, born in 1976 in Sokolow Malopolski. In 2001 she graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow at the Faculty of Painting. She received her diploma with distinction in the studio of Prof. Leszek Misiak. She received her PhD in 2011 from the Faculty of Painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow. She currently works as an assistant professor in the Department of Painting at the Institute of Fine Arts, College of Humanities, University of Rzeszow, where she teaches painting, lettering and typography.
His body of work includes 14 solo exhibitions in galleries and museums in: Katowice, Rzeszow, Miechow, Cracow, Olkusz, Radom, Przemysl, Jaroslaw, Dubiecko and Kielce.
