Trojak of the Duchy of Courland and Semigallia (a fief of the Republic) minted in accordance with the Polish monetary system and allowed to circulate throughout the Republic.
Variety with abbreviated date 9 - 9 punctuated by an arrow (the mintmaster's mark of Hans Stippel - administrator of the Mitavian mint) at the bottom of the reverse.
Error - erroneously struck date 999 instead of 99 - rare.
