"The purpose of the deliberation was the matter of the formation of the ideological and political attitude of the architects of People's Poland on the eve of the accession to the implementation of the 6-year plan, as the foundation for the construction of socialism in Poland." Among the participants in the deliberation were M. Jassem, E. Goldzamt, J. Minorski. One of the tasks set before the architects was "to unmask the influence of the imperialist camp in the field of architecture by means of a planned publishing and reading campaign" and "to assimilate the Soviet theory of architecture and urbanism; to initiate Polish work on the Marxist-Leninist theory of architecture."
