Born in Tarnow in 1954, he graduated from the History of Art at Jagiellonian University
in Cracow, and then attended the Faculty of Fine Arts at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun.
He earned a diploma in painting from the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow in the studio of Prof. Jerzy Nowosielski
in 1985 and an annex in architectural painting in the studio of Prof. Janina Kraupe Świderska. He cultivates
wide-ranging painting, drawing and printmaking. Major awards and prizes: IV Konfrontacje Najmłodszych
Krakow Artists - 2nd prize - Myslenice, MKiS Scholarship, Pollock Krasner Foundation Scholarship - New York.
York. In 2014, he received the title of Doctor of Fine Arts in the field of Fine Arts at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. He participates
