Stanislaw Jerzy Suder was born in 1951 in Siepraw near Krakow, and died in 2015 in Krakow. He lived permanently in Krakow since 1964. He studied typography. The artist used many techniques, not limiting himself to oil paints. The main and most characteristic subject of Stanislaw Jerzy Suder's work was the works from the series "Birds of Wonder." Surrealistic depictions of humanized birds, the artist used to create grotesque and satirical paintings. Between 1978 and 2004, the artist held dozens of group and solo exhibitions. Since 1991, the painting "Meadow" by Stanislaw Suder is in the Royal Gallery in London, in the European Landscape section.
