Good condition. Informs, among other things, about the occupation of Kamieniec Podolski and the pogrom of Petlura army. During the Polish-Bolshevik war the city remained (from November 16, 1919 to July 12, 1920) under Polish administration. At that time it was the capital of the Podolia district. From June to November 16, 1920, it was the seat of the Ukrainian People's Republic and Petlura government. In 1920 it was part of Soviet Ukraine, although the Bolsheviks planned to cede the city to Poland.
