In the center a golden cartouche in the center of which are two round shields under a closed crown. On the left is a shield with the four-field coat of arms of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth (Poland and Lithuania), and on the right is a shield with the combined coat of arms of Saxony and the Wettin dynasty, the coat of arms used by Augustus II the Strong and Augustus III. Between the coats of arms the initials AR - Augustus Rex.
