WYSOKA k. STRZELEC OPOLSKICH, RACIBÓR. A manuscript document issued by the Racibórz-based branch of the Prussian General Commission for Silesia for the enfranchisement of peasants, it stated that two farms marked only by numbers on the estate in the village of Wyssoka (period spelling) previously owned by the von Thuns had the right to use the forests and meadows. In the Prussian model of peasant enfranchisement, the granting of servitudes was the exception, not the rule. Hence the letter from Raciborz to the Gerichtamt in Wysoka, German jeż., p. 4; edge loss and fraying; folio.
