Halina Górska née Wroczyńska (1902-1988), wife of Jerzy Łukasz Górski(son of Wojciech, founder of the School in Hortensja Street in Warsaw), owner of an estate in Księżowola, pioneer of the breeding of Podhale sheepdogs in the former "congress region".
The collection includes:
(a) four 4-str pedigrees with photos, issued by the Polish Association of Breeders of Pedigree Dogs, for the dogs Bystra-Witra, Harnaś from Księżowola, Forka, Juhas(2 different form patterns), sometimes with added awards or parents;
b) 2 prints of "Dog Evaluation Card", issued by the Polish Association of Breeders of Purebred Dogs, on a beige and greenish sheet, on the occasion of the Annual Exhibition of Purebred Dogs in Warsaw, on May 14,15 and 16, 1938. Evaluations: very good for Witra and excellent for Juhas, both with punch marks on the left;
(c) four "Dog Evaluation Card" prints (one on reddish and three on bluish paper) also issued by the Polish Association of Breeders of Dogs on the occasion of the Annual Dog Show in Warsaw, on May 13, 14 and 15, 1939. Evaluations: good for Olza and three very good for Zbójnik from Księżowola, Harnasie from Księżowola(sheet torn with loss of paper) and for Witra (damage, dents, holes,scratches);
d) a dozen press clippings from the late 1930s(single ones may be duplicated), some with attached prints from the Polish Press Information - where one could order a review and press clippings for specific topics(in this case, the farm of the Górski-dogs/oversized Halina G.);
(e) an unsigned postcard printed by the sender: Klub Owczarek Polskiego przy Polskim Związek Hodowców Psów Rasowych, Warsaw, Kopernika 30.
