Hand closed, brass frame. Tailpiece of a sigmoid, cross-barbed. The rear arm of the hilt inclined towards the head, ending in a teardrop with a hole for a sling, the front one, arched, forms a bail connected to the hood by a catch lock. Wooden shaft, obliquely grooved, bottom set in a contoured ring, top with a hood attached to the headstock by a steel nut. On the outside of the hilt the signature written in Cyrillic "Zlat. Or. Fabr/1905." On both sides of the hilt the signature of receipt - the letter "A". On the inner side of the breech the minted numerals "K14 PUJ" and the number of the weapon. On the outer side of the shaft an application in the form of a miniature of the badge 14 PUJ. The steel hilt, polished, with low curvature, profiled on both sides into a single wide furrow tapering to the hilt. The quill is double-edged, the hilt is squared. On the outer sill the signature of the Zlotourest factory and the year "1904", on the inner signature of the reception - the letter "A", the letter "A" under the crown and the numeral "5". P o c h w a s wooden, covered with black leather. Brass fittings: neck with applied ring with antabka, riffle with movable butt on the incisal side and viscera. At the shashka hangs the original leather sling.
