Comprehensive justification of the verdict on the insurgents who organized troops against the Austrian army in 1846. Since most of the activists were of noble origin, the authorities organized a revolt of peasants against the nobility, the so-called Galician rabble. The verdicts include Teofil Wisniowski, a November insurgent, a freeman, turned over to the authorities by Ukrainian peasants, and Jozef Kapuscinski, an emissary of the Tow. Dem. Polish. Both were executed. In the verdict, extensive descriptions of the actions of the conspirators, many names of conspirators, e.g. Ludwik Mieroslawski and Edward Dembowski.
