An adventure book set in the historical realities of the Second Polish Republic telling the story of friendship, responsibility and bravery of the main characters. Its plot unfolds in two planes: it tells of the fate of a dog abducted to a circus, and simultaneously presents the adventures of the boys who set out to rescue him. Zofia Kossak-Szczucka (1889-1968) - Polish novelist, co-founder of two secret organizations in occupied Poland.
