Beautiful allegorical frontispiece inclusing putti hold the French royal crown, and a skull (dated 1666, by GIORGIO VIDMAN), pp. (8, incl. front.), 32, describing the apparatus of the funeral of Anna d’ Austria (1601-1666), mother of King Louis XIV to whom the book is dedicated. Lacking as always the 3 engraved plates.
