Biography
Master's degree in economics, teacher of mathematics and physical education, social activist; currently an artist-painter, self-taught. As he claims, he practiced with the most eminent masters of painting: Bruegel, Raphael Rembrandt, Murillo, as well as with Michalowski, Wyspianski, Levitan and Modigliani, copying their works. His realistic paintings are highly emotionally charged. His favorite painting technique is dry pastel, although he does not shy away from watercolor and oil paint. He has always drawn and painted, but only for himself and his loved ones. It was not until his retirement that he was able to take up painting almost exclusively. Since then, he has presented his works in group and individual exhibitions. The latter have accumulated over a dozen over the past few years. He has exhibited works in Skierniewice, the Lowicz Museum, Warsaw, Katowice, Levice in Slovakia.
