Full of lightness and ornamental elegance, portrait of a young girl in bust, en face, with upswept hair and blue blouse. The background is made up of iris flowers. Art Nouveau elements are often found in portraits from the early 20th century. This is evident in the use of wavy, twisting, edgy lines, emphasis on the outline, restless, asymmetrical, climbing flowers. Through the background used in the painting, we can classify it as part of the "floral trend" of Polish Art Nouveau. This is because it mixes and harmoniously combines realistic and decorative elements, which is a typical feature of this style.
